At Something Hair & Makeup, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Change of Mind

We offer exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Important

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
